Harley Touring 21” Front Wheel with Color Accent

One of the slickest upgrades you can do on your Harley Davidson touring model is to swap out your current stock Harley front wheel with a 21” custom color wheel. No other wheel on the market looks as slick as our Blazer 21” front wheel. We’ve designed this front wheel to stand out in a crowd showcasing a double-spoke design with 14 spokes on each side. Choose from 5 colors, including red, orange, blue, green, and black, guaranteed to complement whatever Harley color you have. The Blazer 21 is a 1-piece cast wheel and is the highest quality wheel available.

Whether you’re riding down the street or parked at your favorite watering hole, these 21” front wheels are one of the coolest customizations you can do at a relatively low cost.

Upgrade from 19” to 21” Wheels

The OEM 19” wheels are just fine, but there’s something about a 21” front wheel that adds an extra custom touch. The fact is that you don’t see it on every Harley and the Harley 21” front wheel upgrade takes your bike to a whole new level. And you’ll like the way the larger circumference front tire rides over the 19” as well.

The Blazer 21 front wheel comes with everything you need, including the wheel in your choice of color, spacer, valve stem and wheel bearing kit (you’ll choose ABS or non-ABS, depending on your model). Now you will need a professional from your local Harley Davidson dealership or indie shop to properly assemble the wheel bearing and fit the tire (tire is not included), but you can do the actual install of the wheel yourself. This 21” wheel is compatible with both factory and aftermarket 11.8” front spoke mount style rotors.

Pair with Color Matching 21” Front Fender

You may be asking yourself if the fender on your 19” wheel will fit. Your current 19” fender will definitely fit, but it requires fender risers. But if you really want to show off your new 21” front wheel, we recommend going with the 21” wrapper front fender. It’s one of the more common upgrades when going from the 19” wheel to the 21” wheel. We have over 122 colors for our 21” Reveal Wrapper Huggers, including Airbrushed, the custom two-tone, the Fast Johnnie, and the Apex.

ABS and Non-ABS

When you purchase the new wheel, you’ll choose the proper bearing kit for either ABS or non-ABS. But if you want to use the OEM floating rotor, you will need the brake rotor adapter, which comes with bolts to attach to the rotor. The bolts are one-time use only, because of the stress that is exerted on them. So, the current bolts must be replaced with the new bolts. For a more in-depth view on reinstalling your new wheel, check out this video from Steve the Service Tech. We also have videos on installing a new front fender if you end up getting both the 21” wheel and a new 21” color matched front fender.

Lastly, you will need to confirm the type or rotor you have. Typically, there are two types of rotors - an aftermarket rotor that fits directly to the wheel or the OEM floating rotor. If you have the OEM floating rotor that came with your bike, you’ll need a brake rotor adapter, which is also available on the website

A custom front wheel isn’t something you see on every other bike and with good reason. It’s a unique statement about a Harley motorcycle owner who loves custom upgrades. It’s probably not your first experience with upgrading your bike, and it definitely won’t be your last!
