To ensure your issues are addressed timely and in the best way possible, please refer to the following instructions.
*Our warranty and return policy applies only to orders that has been placed directly on our website or over our sales line at 909-784-0675. In the case of an order being placed through one of our authorized dealers, please contact them directly and refer to their policies.*
We back our products against quality and manufacturer’s defect by offering a 6-month warranty. Please inspect your product upon delivery and contact us within 14 days in case of any product related issues. To report a problem or file a warranty claim:
1) Take a few pictures demonstrating the problem, if not possible then please write clearly what the problem is.
2) Send the pictures or description to email@example.com. Please be sure to include you name or order number. If a warranty claim is to be filed, please add “Warranty Claim” in the email subject.
If we decide that the claim is valid and a replacement would be necessarily, we will provide a return shipping label for you to return the product for an exchange.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days upon delivery. If for any reason you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days.
Please note due to the custom-made nature of our products, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. The customer is also responsible for all shipping costs during the return process.
An order can only be canceled before it is shipped, if you would like to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours after placing it and it will be free of charge.
Please note due to the custom-made nature of our products, any orders canceled after 48 hours and within 3 weeks will be charged a 10% cancellation fee, and all cancellations after 3 weeks will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.
1) Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or damages caused by the user.
2) The original item needs to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.
3) All returned items need to be unused and in their original packages.
4) Important: Please make sure to include the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that is provided to you for your returns on the outside of the package in a visible area.
5) Please do not ship back any products without our prior approval. Doing so may delay or jeopardize your return/exchange process.
6) Please allow up to 14 days for us to process the return and issue a refund once the return is delivered.
1) In case the color of the item ordered does not match your bike:
Take a picture of the item next to a colored part of your bike in an environment with good lighting conditions, then send the pictures along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2) In case a wrong item was ordered and exchange would like to be made, the customer will be charged for both the return shipping fee and the shipping fee for the new items
Before you install the product, please inspect it thoroughly to make sure there is no defect.
Once the product is installed or used, it will void the 14 days return guarantee.
