If you ordered directly from Advanblack.com or from one of our dealers and there’s a problem with your order, we’ll do all we can to make it right. Guaranteed. When you first receive your delivery, please inspect your product thoroughly. If you discover a problem with your purchase, you can exchange it for a replacement or for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
To report a problem for exchange or refund, first, take a few photos of the problem area(s). Then, email the photos to email@example.com, provide a description of the problem and indicate if you would like a replacement or full refund.
We’ll review the problem, and if a replacement is required, we will provide a shipping label for you to return the original product for an exchange, or provide a full refund.
Please do not install or use the product if there is an issue, an installed/used product would void the exchange and returns guarantee.
You also may return an uninstalled, non-defective product for any reason within 14 days of delivery for a partial refund. We charge a 20% restocking fee due to the custom-made nature of our products, and you are responsible for all shipping costs. We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
If there’s an issue with any of our products due to a manufacturer’s defect, we have a 6 month-warranty to make sure you’re covered. All you need to do is take a few photos of the problem area(s). Then email the photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a description of the problem. Be sure and put “Warranty Claim” in the email subject line.
We will review the claim, and if approved, we will provide a shipping label for you to return the original product for an exchange.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damages caused by the user.
You may also cancel your order, but please do so within 48 hours. After 48 hours, we charge a 10% cancellation fee. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.
We require the original product to be returned before we can ship a replacement.
All non-warranty related products need to be unused/uninstalled and in their original packages.IMPORTANT: Please make sure to include the Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that we provide to you for your returns on the outside of the package in a visible area.
Please do not ship back any products without prior approval. Doing so may delay or jeopardize your return/exchange process.
