Covid 19 Update: A note to our customers (updated: 12/07/20)
We want to thank you for your continued support during this particular time of crisis.
As we are taking the necessary precautions to keep our employees and customers safe, we are committed to providing you with our products and service at our full capacity as the situation allows.
Due to the severity of the pandemic, there may be delays for items shipping from Hong Kong to the US. And UPS has also raised its cost significantly. These changes are putting a big impact on our shipping time and cost for all custom-made and special orders shipping from Hong Kong.
Effective today, all custom made or special orders can take up to 6 weeks to deliver.
Also, we are temporarily charging an additional 20% on the order subtotal for Canadian residents and 30% for European residents for all custom-made and special orders shipping from Hong Kong in order to cover our rising shipping costs to these areas.
All items that are in stock in the US warehouse are still being processed and delivered on time. We are also working very hard to stock as much as possible in our US warehouse. It is still no shipping fee for all items that are being shipped from our US warehouse. We intend to offer free shipping for as long as we could afford to. We are updating our in-stock section constantly to keep you up-to-date with our current inventory.
We understand that it can be frustrating to wait for your orders. However, we are tirelessly looking for other alternatives to shorten the delivery time.
